Our services

Care and support for people of all ages

We provide care at home, community support, residential care and respite for children, adults and older people. We work with the HSE and with private clients and families to plan support around the person.

Support to suit your needs

This includes people with learning disabilities, people managing ongoing health needs and those who need extra support at different stages of life. We take time to understand each person’s strengths, wishes and everyday life.

Care at home

Care and support for adults and older people in their own homes. This can include personal care, help with daily routines and individual care packages, planned around the person’s needs and preferences.

We work with the HSE and with private clients and families.

Community and individual support

Support for children and adults, including people with disabilities, to build independence, maintain relationships and take part in everyday community life.

Support is planned with the person and can reflect their interests, communication, routines and personal goals.

Discuss individual support

Clinical and complex care

Individually planned care for children and adults with more complex health or support needs, with nursing input where required.

We work with the person, their family and the relevant healthcare professionals to agree the support needed.

Residential care and respite

Residential support for adults and respite for children, with care shaped around each person’s needs, choices and everyday life.

Our children’s day respite service is based in Drumsna. We are also developing residential designated centres at Quay Lodge and Osprey Lodge, which will offer children a welcoming, homely setting for respite.

Planning support

Start with a conversation

You do not need to have every detail worked out before contacting us. Tell us the type of support you are considering and where you need it.

We will discuss the next steps, the information needed and whether the service can meet the person’s needs.

Understand what is needed

We discuss the person’s needs, wishes and routines with them, their family and relevant professionals.
