The Services We Provide
We offer:
Residential care and community-based support services for:
- Adults and young people with intellectual, physical, or sensory disabilities.
- Individuals with mental health support needs.
- Older persons requiring assistance to live well and safely.
Support that includes:
- 24-hour personal care, supervision, and emotional support.
- Individualised health, clinical and social care management and medication administration.
- Practical innovative support with daily living activities.
- Assistance in accessing education, training, employment, and volunteering opportunities.
- Facilitating involvement in clubs, social groups, and community events.
Our Philosophy and Approach

Governance and Staffing
- The organisation is governed by a Board of Directors committed to ethical leadership, regulatory compliance, and social impact.
- Each designated centre is overseen by a Person in Charge (PIC) with appropriate qualifications and experience.
- Our multidisciplinary teams include social care professionals, registered nurses (where required), healthcare assistants, and administrative and domestic staff.
- All staff are Garda vetted and receive mandatory and continuous training in person-centred practices, safeguarding, health & safety, and community inclusion.
Admission and Transition Supports
- We accept referrals based on comprehensive assessments that ensure we can meet each person’s needs and aspirations.
- The admission process involves detailed planning with the individual, their family, and advocates, to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure the new home environment reflects their preferences.
Community Integration and Social Roles
As a social economy enterprise, we strive to:
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, clubs, and groups to create opportunities for residents to participate, contribute, and be recognised in their communities.
- Support each person to explore and maintain hobbies, interests, friendships, and civic roles.
Rights, Safeguarding, and Feedback
- We uphold the rights of every individual in line with national legislation and HIQA standards.
- We maintain robust safeguarding and advocacy systems to protect each person’s wellbeing.
- We actively seek feedback from individuals, families, and communities to continuously improve our services.
